Overview
TenZone is an offline archery scoring application developed by Cubicle43, LLC. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how TenZone handles your data.
Data Collection
TenZone does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app operates entirely offline and does not connect to the internet, with the sole exception of the beta testing error reporting feature detailed below. No data is collected or transmitted by this feature without your explicit, deliberate actions.
Data Storage
All data you enter into TenZone, including archer profiles, scores, courses, and competition results, is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Cubicle43, LLC or any third party.
Camera and Photo Library
TenZone does not access your camera and has no access to your photo library. Please note: the screen capture utilized in the error reporting feature is generated internally by the app of its own user interface and does not require or request any camera or photo library permissions.
Analytics and Tracking
TenZone does not use any analytics services, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. No general usage data is collected.
Beta Testing Error Reporting
During beta testing phases only, TenZone includes an installed error reporting feature. This feature does not automatically collect or transmit any data.
- Activation: To generate a report, you must take a deliberate action (such as tapping a dedicated button) to create a screen capture and compile the diagnostic data.
- Transmission: Sending the report to sleekplan.com requires a separate, distinct confirmation action from you. The report is not sent automatically upon generation.
When you voluntarily complete both actions to submit an error report, the following limited data is transmitted solely for the purpose of diagnosing and fixing application issues:
- A screen capture (screenshot) of the current app interface
- App version number
- Timestamp of the error
- Device brand
- Android version
This feature does not transmit any personal data, archer profiles, scores, course data, or any other user-entered information.
This feature is temporary: It is present exclusively in beta builds and will be completely removed from the application upon the official public release.
Third-Party Services
TenZone does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data, with the sole exception of sleekplan.com, which is used exclusively for processing the optional beta error reports described above.
Children’s Privacy
TenZone does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since the app collects no personal data from any user, it is safe for use by all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
