Tenzone corrects maintenance dates, counts every arrow you shoot toward your equipment, and limits notes to 256 characters.
Build 233
Fixed
- Blank bale “Arrow shot” no longer counts extra arrows — tapping it very fast could record more arrows than an end holds (a tester saw “7 of 6”). The end now stops at its arrow count, and Undo frees exactly one spot. The Custom Round Builder also drops the empty target preview for Blank bale, since there’s nothing to aim at.
- Maintenance “Mark done” works with any date and never fails silently — a completion dated before an earlier one used to leave the status unchanged, so a component could keep showing “24 shots since last done” right after you’d serviced it. Now it always resets, and if it can’t save you’ll see “Couldn’t save this. Try again.” with your date and note still filled in.
- Edits show up right after you save them — after editing a Setup or a component, its detail screen shows the new values straight away. Retiring or unretiring a Setup updates in place too.
- Maintenance dates show the day you picked — a task marked done today could read yesterday in History, and the date picker opened on tomorrow in the evening. Dates now read the same in every time zone, the picker opens on today, and a task marked done today shows 0 days since all day.
- Your equipment arrow counts follow every arrow you shoot — arrows count as you shoot them, including in sessions you pause or abandon. Undo takes an arrow’s count back, and deleting a session takes back what it added. Dampers now count like the rest of your gear, and editing an arrow’s score never changes a count. Sessions you abandoned before this update aren’t added after the fact.
Changed
- Maintenance updates everywhere at once and reads clearer — after Mark done, the due marker, the Dashboard card and the component screen all update without leaving and returning. History reads like “Sep 29, 2026 · Inspect nubbin · done at 258 arrows”, with the higher arrow count first on the same date.
- Notes stop at 256 characters — in component, Setup, venue and maintenance notes and in the note for an end. A longer note you already have still shows in full: you can shorten it but not add to it.
- Arrow sets show “Not tracked yet” — arrows will eventually be tracked one by one, so an arrow set no longer shows a count. Its shot-count maintenance tasks won’t come due; day-based ones still do.
